What we’re looking for

We are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about their work and with fundamental values: rigor, personal commitment, dynamism, ability to work in a team and an entrepreneurial vision of our job being lawyers.

Being an Andorran firm with an international vocation, the knowledge of languages, in which Catalan is a minimum request, but also English, Spanish and French, is essential.

We believe in the diversity of our advisors, and therefore do not privilege any particular profile. Nevertheless, we welcome candidates who have multiple degrees (law, economics, business, political science, literature, etc.) as well as those who have a specialty in one or more areas of law. We are sensitive to profiles showing great capacity of initiative, motivation and drive.

Training

To assure our clients an excellent service, RAMÉNTOL PUJOL prioritizes the training of its employees.

We develop training plans, whose main objectives are:

• Knowledge of the characteristics of the Andorran law, for professionals who start exercising in the Principality of Andorra;
• The update of our legal and regulatory knowledge, depending on the publication of new laws and regulations;
• Specialization in specific areas of law;
• Knowledge of the rules governing our profession, especially regarding the rules of ethics and the prevention against money laundering.

Internship program

RAMÉNTOL PUJOL welcomes students who intend to practice as a lawyer and/or economist in the Principality of Andorra.

We invite students to discover how our profession is exercised, to participate in our in training plans during their stay, to get to know our culture, and finally to provide them with an experience allowing them to better focus their academic and professional future.
