We negotiate and develop contracts (work permits, public services, supplies of goods and services, leases, etc.) that are to be established with the administration as a result of a call for tender, public auction or a public tender or by direct a contractual agreement. Furthermore we help defining the architecture and details of public and private collaboration. We prepare the file to contract and the specifications that underlie the operation. We clarify any question our clients have arising during the contract period.

We advise our clients for the classification of contractors with the Andorran government and for the constitution guaranteeing the compliance with the administrative contract.
